Welcome to Starline & Santorini (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Availability

All items sold on this website are handmade and/or upcycled, and most are one of a kind. Once an item is sold, it cannot be replicated.

Because vintage and upcycled materials are used, natural variations, wear, or character marks may be present and are considered part of the design.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale.

Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order.
Mockups or design approvals may be provided, but minor variations may occur.
Once a custom order has been started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Sizing & Measurements

Sizing may vary due to the vintage and upcycled nature of our items.

Measurements are provided for reference and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit.
We are not responsible for fit issues once an item has been shipped or picked up.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of our products, items must be returned exactly as received.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs, including:

Return shipping labels
Shipping costs for exchanged items

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Once an order is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For local pickup:

Pickup details will be provided after purchase.
Items not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled without refund.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or released.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Starline & Santorini and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Upcycled garments may incorporate legally purchased secondhand materials. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands, artists, or organizations whose items may be repurposed.
